Wills and probate services

Using modern software technology, we offer a one-meeting service to discuss, prepare and sign a Will at our office.

Allow about an hour of your time and walk away with a completed Will to put your mind at rest.  Should a visit to our office not be convenient, we can always prepare a Will via the post.

When a loved one has died and there is a substantial estate or property involved, it will be necessary to apply for a Grant of Probate (where there is a Will) or a Grant of Letters of Administration (intestacy, where there is no Will). We can deal with this to take the worry off your mind.
Unlike many firms, we do not levy a charge based on the value of the estate, but only according to the time involved, so our costs are very reasonable.
